  Hot Forging Hydraulic Press

   Large hydraulic forging press is forging equipment that can complete various free forging processes and is one of the most widely used equipment in the forging industry. There are currently 800T, 1600T, 2000T, 2500T, 3150T, 4000T, 5000T, and other series of hydraulic forging presses.

  Four-column hydraulic press

  This forging hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Such as powder product molding, plastic product molding, cold (hot) extrusion metal molding, sheet stretching, and horizontal pressing, bending pressing, turning through correction, and other processes.

  Four-column forging hydraulic press can be divided into a four-column two-beam hydraulic press, four-column three-beam hydraulic press, four-column four-beam hydraulic press, etc.

  Single arm hydraulic press (single column hydraulic press)

  The working range can be expanded, the three-sided space can be used to lengthen the stroke of the forging hydraulic cylinder (optional), the maximum retractable 260mm-800mm, the working pressure can be preset; the hydraulic system heat dissipation device.

   Gantry forging hydraulic press

   It can assemble, disassemble, straighten, calender, stretch, bend, punch and other parts of the machine, so that one machine can be used for multiple purposes. The working table of the machine can be moved up and down, and the size has expanded the opening and closing height of the machine, making it more convenient to use.

  Double column forging hydraulic press

  This series of products are suitable for pressing, bending and shaping, embossing, flanging, punching, and shallow drawing of small parts of various parts; forming of metal powder products and other processing techniques. It adopts electric control, is equipped with inching and semi-automatic circulation, can hold pressure and delay time, and has good slider guidance, convenient operation, easy maintenance, economical and durable. According to the needs of users, functions such as thermal instrument, ejector cylinder, stroke digital display, and counting can be added.

  1. Before starting the machine, check whether the fasteners are secure, whether there are obstacles on the running parts and sliding surfaces, and whether the limit device and safety protection device of the single-column forging hydraulic press are reliable.
  2. If the piston of the oil cylinder shakes or the oil pump makes a sharp noise, the gas should be discharged.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil cylinder for over-stroke, and it is forbidden to process when it shakes when pressurizing or unloading.
  4. The forging hydraulic press maintains the oil quality of the hydraulic oil, and the working oil temperature must not exceed 45°C. If an abnormality occurs, the hydraulic press will stop.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the regulating valve and pressure gauge randomly, and the hydraulic pressure gauge should be calibrated regularly.

Operating rules

  1. Before starting the forging hydraulic press, check whether the fasteners are secure, whether the operating parts and sliding surfaces of the hydraulic press are free of obstacles, and whether the limit devices and safety protection devices are complete.
  2. When the work is finished, turn off the working oil pump first, then turn off the control oil pump, cut off the power supply, clean the equipment, and make a good inspection record.
  3. Perform a test run with no stroke for 10 minutes before work, check whether the buttons, switches, valves, limit devices, etc. are flexible and reliable, confirm that the hydraulic system pressure is normal, and the working beam moves flexibly before starting the hydraulic press.
  4. If the equipment has abnormal phenomena or sounds during work, it should be shut down for inspection.
  5. If the piston of the oil cylinder is shaking or the oil pump makes a sharp noise, the gas must be discharged.
  6. When working, the workpiece being pressed by the hydraulic press should be placed in the middle of the worktable, concentric with the main shaft, and placed smoothly.
