There are two types of speed control circuits commonly used in hydraulic speed control systems, step-less speed control circuits, and stepped speed control circuits. Among them, the step-less speed control loop can be divided into the saving speed control loop and the volume speed control loop according to the speed control method.
1. Save the speed regulation system. According to the system of changing the valve opening of the flow control element of the four-column hydraulic machine to achieve the purpose of speed regulation, it can be divided into saving valve device in the oil inlet circuit; saving valve device and oil return circuit; saving valve device in the branch oil circuit.
2. Volume speed control system. According to the system of changing the displacement of the Four-column hydraulic press pump or hydraulic motor of the four-column hydraulic machine to reach the speed regulation intention. They are variable pump-hydraulic cylinder systems; variable pump-variable hydraulic motor system; quantitative pump-variable hydraulic motor system; variable pump-quantitative hydraulic motor system.
When adjusting the hydraulic system pressure of a four-column hydraulic press, pay attention to:
1. The hydraulic system pressure cannot be higher than the pump pressure unless it is pressurized.
2. The actual pressure of the pump depends on the size of the load. It is formed automatically, not adjusted. The given pressure should be understood as the maximum pressure for normal work.
3. Lower the pressure of the relief valve, close the pump outlet at the middle position of the throttle valve, etc., adjust the relief valve, and the pump outlet pressure will rise until the required value.
