1. Cavitation. The influence of cavitation in the hydraulic system of a small hydraulic machine on the quality of the process is very obvious. In the servo control system, the load chamber of the hydraulic cylinder will also be emptied, resulting in cavitation.

Therefore, to solve this problem, some anti-pollution measures should be taken before use, such as installing a high-precision filter on the hydraulic machine, and then starting debugging and operation after flushing. The servo valve can be replaced with a flushing cover.
