1. Cavitation. The influence of cavitation in the hydraulic system of a small hydraulic machine on the quality of the process is very obvious. The cavitation induced by the control load in the servo system is often overlooked, but this kind of cavitation is more serious. In addition, the load will vary randomly. In the servo control system, the load chamber of the hydraulic cylinder will also be emptied, resulting in cavitation.

 2. The servo valve fails. This kind of problem is very common in the servo system, especially in the initial operation and system debugging stage, which is generally caused by system pollution. Therefore, to solve this problem, some anti-pollution measures should be taken before use, such as installing a high-precision filter on the hydraulic machine, and then starting debugging and operation after flushing. The servo valve can be replaced with a flushing cover.

 3. The closed loop control of the hydraulic press fails. In a closed-loop control system, as long as the feedback loop fails, an open-loop control will be formed and an overload problem will occur. If the feedback signal is reversed or the command signal is too large, it will also cause the system overload problem.
