The best operating temperature of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press is between 40°C and 55°C, and the temperature should not exceed 60°C. Otherwise, the oil will become thinner and the pressure will become unstable. The oil will deteriorate (physical and chemical reactions occur), which will lead to increased failures and premature seals. Aging causes pressure loss and oil leakage. In the operation of hydraulic press in high temperature season, please pay attention to the following matters:
- Hydraulic basket press, It is necessary to check the oil level of the oil tank of the hydraulic machine, which can be checked from the level gauge on the oil tank. If the oil in the oil tank is found to be lower than the standard liquid level, the oil must be added to the standard liquid level, because the volume of the oil tank of the hydraulic machine is based on To meet the requirements of the normal operation of the hydraulic press and the heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, the amount of hydraulic oil is small, which is not conducive to heat dissipation.
2. Hydraulic basket press,Check the oil cooler installed on the oil tank. There are two types of coolers: water cooling and forced cooling. If a water cooler is used, check the inlet water temperature and water flow rate. The inlet water temperature is a very important parameter. The water temperature does not exceed 25°C, otherwise the cooling effect will be greatly reduced. Các water flow rate needs to be determined according to the different cooler models. A small water flow rate will also affect the heat dissipation effect. Special attention should be paid to water coolers that have been used for more than 3 years. Check whether the pipes are scaled. The pipes with scales (including water cooler pipes) must be cleaned, otherwise the scale will reduce the diameter and reduce the heat dissipation efficiency. Especially in the northern area, it is very easy to build up scale. It must be checked and cleaned every year. Generally, we do not recommend installing a water cooler in the northern area. If the strong cooler is used, it is necessary to check whether the strong cooler is set correctly (generally with instructions) and whether it is operating normally. The dust-proof net of the strong cooler should be checked and cleaned regularly, otherwise the accumulation of dust will affect the heat dissipation efficiency. Some general standard hydraulic presses generally do not have a standard cooler. If they work continuously for more than six hours, the machine must be stopped for half an hour or an hour in the middle to allow the heat of the hydraulic system to naturally dissipate, and it is impossible to stop the machine or work in two consecutive shifts. In this case, a cooler must be installed.
