What is the reason for the weakness of the hydraulic punch machine

  4) The oil seal of the driving gear of the oil pump is damaged and air enters the hydraulic punch machine’s system;

  5) The oil pump inlet and outlet oil port joints or elbow joint “O” seals are damaged, the elbow joint fastening bolts or inlet and outlet pipe nuts are not tightened, and air enters the hydraulic punch machine’s system;

  6) Internal leakage of oil pump and aging of sealing ring;:

  7) The end face of the oil pump or the end face of the main and driven gear shaft sleeves are worn or scratched, and the unevenness of the end faces of the two shaft sleeves is out of tolerance;:

   8) Internal leakage caused by incorrect assembly of internal parts of the oil pump;

  9) “Left-handed” installation of “right-handed” oil pump, causing damage to the skeleton oil seal;

  10) The hydraulic punch machine’s oil is too dirty.
