Because there is not only a coaxial requirement between the hydraulic pump and the shaft of the prime mover but also usually need to be connected by an elastic coupling. If the installation foundation of the hydraulic pump is not strong, the foundation will be deformed after assembly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, affected by the mechanical vibration of the prime mover and the hydraulic pump, it is easy to cause the minimum requirement of coaxial between the hydraulic pump and the prime mover&#8217;s shaft to be lost, resulting in damage to the hydraulic pump. Hydraulic pump installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hydraulic pump and the prime mover output shaft should be connected by a flexible coupling. It is strictly forbidden to install a pulley or gear to drive the hydraulic pump on the hydraulic pump shaft. If a pulley or gear must be used to connect the pump, a pair of supports should be added. To install the pulley or gear, the coaxial error between the support and the pump shaft should not be greater than 0.05mm. As shown in Figure 1-2(a), there are several sections of hard pipe, shut-off valve, filter,\u00a0and a section of hose on the suction line of the hydraulic pump, which require more pipe joints. It can be seen that the total pressure loss on the pipeline will be very large. If the local flow area of the pipeline becomes smaller when piping, the problem will be more serious. Hydraulic pump installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is easy to cause insufficient oil suction of the hydraulic pump\u00a0until the hydraulic pump is damaged, it is good as shown in Figure 1-2(b). If the hose and the shut-off valve are indispensable, their diameter should be appropriately increased to ensure the suction pressure required by the hydraulic pump. Hydraulic pump installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The oil suction port of the hydraulic pump should not be connected with dumplings. Due to the limitation of the structure, the oil suction resistance of the dumpling pipe joint is much greater than that of the straight-through pipe joint, which will cause noise caused by insufficient oil suction of the pump and reduce the service life of the hydraulic pump, as shown in Figure 1-3. Use a softer tube such as a plastic tube or a rubber tube as the suction pipe of a hydraulic pump. Of course, it is used when the pressure in the suction pipe is lower than the atmospheric pressure. Under the action of the peripheral atmospheric pressure, the oil suction pipe may be deformed to greatly reduce the actual flow area, increase the oil suction resistance, and affect the normal operation of the pump. Due to the limitation of the oil seal (rotary seal) and the flange gasket on the pressure compensation variable mechanism, the pressure in the shell should not exceed 0.16\uff5e0.2MPa, and the drainpipe cannot be connected to other oil return pipes and must be returned to the oil tank separately. Hydraulic pump installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoid connecting the drainpipe of the hydraulic pump to the main return pipe of the system. As shown in Figure 1-4, the pressure in the main oil return pipe of the hydraulic system is generally higher than the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and is sometimes accompanied by pressure shocks. If the drainpipe of the hydraulic pump is connected in parallel with the main oil return pipe of the system, it is obvious that the pressure in the pump body is required to be higher, and it is also affected by the pressure shock of the main oil return pipe of the system. The drain pipes of several hydraulic pumps are connected in parallel to form an oil pipe, and this pipe is the same diameter as the drain pipe on the pump body, so when the hydraulic pump is working, the oil pressure in the pump body will be higher. When several hydraulic pumps are working at the same time Even more so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High pressure in the pump body will damage the shaft seal, and will also adversely affect the oil suction of the hydraulic pump. The pipes connecting the drain pipes of the hydraulic pumps in parallel should have appropriate diameters and lead them to the oil tank separately. Hydraulic pump installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoid that the highest part of the oil pipe connected to the drain port on the hydraulic pump body is lower than the axis of the pump. The oil drain contained in the oil drain cavity of the hydraulic pump body also plays the role of lubricating the movement of the pump shaft. If the highest part of the oil drain pipe is lower than the axis of the pump, the hydraulic oil in the oil drain port is completely drained for lubrication. The effect will be invalid. Hydraulic pump installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoid connecting the leaking oil pipe of the hydraulic pump to the suction pipe of the pump. Because the external leaking oil pipe of the hydraulic pump discharges hot oil, it is easy to increase the temperature of the pump body, which is very detrimental to the service life of the pump. In addition, in some cases, the external leakage oil pipe of the pump is connected to the suction pipe of the pump, which may cause the pump body to not be filled with the required hydraulic oil, which is even more unfavorable, as shown in Figure 1-5.
