V procesu skute\u010dn\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed jsme zjistili, \u017ee jeho rozsah pou\u017eit\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eTwAW4h0le0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">je omezen\u00e1 a <\/a>nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt hlubok\u00e9 ta\u017een\u00ed a vysek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00edcesm\u011brn\u00e9 z\u00e1pustkov\u00e9 kov\u00e1n\u00ed za tepla. Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yaiwo.com\/cs\/three-beam-four-column-hydraulic-press-machine\/\">z <\/a>p\u016fvodn\u00edho vybaven\u00ed, bylo rozhodnuto jej jako celek p\u0159etvo\u0159it a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it rozsah jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bny co nejmen\u0161\u00edho po\u010dtu d\u00edl\u016f. Tato transformace je zalo\u017eena hlavn\u011b na \u010dty\u0159sloupov\u00e9m hydraulick\u00e9m lisu Y32-200T pro p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro bo\u010dn\u00ed tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed pro p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed v\u00edcesm\u011brn\u00e9mu z\u00e1pustkov\u00e9mu kov\u00e1n\u00ed. Obsahem transformace hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je: stanoven\u00ed technick\u00fdch parametr\u016f dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru a bo\u010dn\u00edho tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed; V\u00fdpo\u010det velikosti hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce bo\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce bo\u010dn\u00edho tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, schematick\u00fd n\u00e1vrh hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-determination-of-technical-parameters\">1. Stanoven\u00ed technick\u00fdch parametr\u016f<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cty\u0159sloupov\u00fd hydraulick\u00fd lis,Struktura \u010dty\u0159sloupov\u00e9ho hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu Y32-200T je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna na obr\u00e1zku 1. Hlavn\u00ed technick\u00e9 parametry jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: p\u0159\u00eddr\u017en\u00e1 s\u00edla polotovaru 500kN; dr\u017e\u00e1k polotovaru maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed zdvih 200 mm; pracovn\u00ed dr\u017e\u00e1k polotovaru Rychlost zdvihu 7\uff5e14 mm\/s; rychlost n\u00e1vratu jezdce 40mm\/s; maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost mezi dr\u017e\u00e1kem polotovaru a stolem je 850 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cty\u0159sloupov\u00fd hydraulick\u00fd lis, S ohledem na efektivn\u00ed plochu p\u016fvodn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho stolu hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu a rozsah tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed s\u00edly v\u00edcesm\u011brn\u00e9ho z\u00e1pustkov\u00e9ho kov\u00e1n\u00ed pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou technick\u00e9 parametry jednostrann\u00e9ho bo\u010dn\u00edho tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: jmenovit\u00e1 s\u00edla 1000kN; pracovn\u00ed zdvih jezdce 300mm; rychlost pracovn\u00edho zdvihu jezdce 7\uff5e14mm\/s; st\u0159edov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka bo\u010dn\u00edho tvarovac\u00edho v\u00e1lce je 550 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-structural-design-of-blank-holder-hydraulic-cylinder-and-lateral-forming-hydraulic-cylinder\">2. Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru a hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce pro bo\u010dn\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) P\u0159ehled konstrukce konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce zahrnuje typ, velikost a zp\u016fsob podpory hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce. P\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce z\u00e1vis\u00ed volba jeho konstruk\u010dn\u00ed formy obecn\u011b na re\u017eimu podpory hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce na hydraulick\u00e9m lisu a specifikace a modely hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed a ur\u010duj\u00ed podle celkov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho tlaku hydraulick\u00fd lisovac\u00ed stroj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Konstrukce dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k omezen\u00ed hlavn\u00ed konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu Y32-200T nelze hydraulick\u00fd v\u00e1lec dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru pevn\u011b nainstalovat na horn\u00ed nosn\u00edk, tak\u017ee jsme se rozhodli nainstalovat na pohybliv\u00fd nosn\u00edk ocelovou desku o tlou\u0161\u0165ce 150 mm a zpracovat otvory na ocelov\u00e9 desce. Spole\u010dn\u011b je v\u00e1lcov\u00e1 plocha vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed st\u011bny hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce instalov\u00e1na ve spolupr\u00e1ci s pr\u016fchoz\u00edm otvorem v ocelov\u00e9 desce. Proto\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o mal\u00fd hydraulick\u00fd lis, je jako dr\u017e\u00e1k polotovaru pou\u017eit p\u00edstov\u00fd v\u00e1lec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) V\u00fdpo\u010det vnit\u0159n\u00edho pr\u016fm\u011bru dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru. Jak je zn\u00e1mo ze vzorce \u2460, vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce je ur\u010den jmenovit\u00fdm tlakem dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru a tlakem hydraulick\u00e9 kapaliny hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Jmenovit\u00fd tlak F je 500 kN, hydraulick\u00fd tlak P = 20 MPa a vypo\u010dten\u00e1 D1 je 180 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D1 = \u221a4F \/ \u03c0P \u2460<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) V\u00fdpo\u010det pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u00edstu dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru. Vztah mezi pr\u016fm\u011brem p\u00edstu dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru a jeho vnit\u0159n\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn ve vzorci \u2461, kde kvazi souvis\u00ed s pracovn\u00edm tlakem P. Kdy\u017e je pracovn\u00ed tlak P v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nebo roven 20 MPa, kvazi = 2,3, tak\u017ee pr\u016fm\u011br p\u00edstu d = 0,75D1, d je zaokrouhleno na 135 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d = D\u221a\u03a6-1 \/ \u03c6 \u2461<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) V\u00fdpo\u010det vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pr\u016fm\u011bru dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru. Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce D1 = 55 mm. Proto\u017ee materi\u00e1l hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 35. v\u00e1lec, dovolen\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed materi\u00e1lu je \u03c3 = 200 MPa a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00fd podle vzorce \u2462 je 210 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D2 = D1\u221a\u03c3 \/ \u03c3-\u221a3P \u2462<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Zkontrolujte vratnou s\u00edlu dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru. Hydraulick\u00fd v\u00e1lec pot\u0159ebuje p\u0159i n\u00e1vratu p\u0159ekonat vlastn\u00ed gravitaci, t\u0159en\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed faktory. Obecn\u00e1 vratn\u00e1 s\u00edla je 10% a\u017e 20% jmenovit\u00e9ho tlaku. Vratn\u00e1 s\u00edla dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru vypo\u010dten\u00e1 podle vzorce \u2463 je 247 kN, co\u017e spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky na konstrukci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F1 = \u03c0 (D1\u00b2-d\u00b2) P \/ 4 \u2463<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(5) Stanoven\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch rozm\u011br\u016f dr\u017e\u00e1ku p\u0159\u00ed\u0159ezu. Tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny: \u03b4 = (D2-D1) \/ 2 = 15 mm, tlou\u0161\u0165ka dna v\u00e1lce: t1 = (1,5\uff5e2) \u03b4, vz\u00edt t1 = 30 mm, tlou\u0161\u0165ka p\u0159\u00edruby: t2 = (1,5\uff5e2) \u03b4, vz\u00edt t2 = 30 mm .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bo\u010dn\u00edho tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho v\u00e1lce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bo\u010dn\u00ed tvarovac\u00ed v\u00e1lec p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 symetrick\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed p\u00edstov\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce a p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 spojovac\u00ed ty\u010d pro podporu spojen\u00ed, t\u011blo v\u00e1lce je upevn\u011bno na bo\u010dn\u00ed nosn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u011b a bo\u010dn\u00ed nosn\u00e1 z\u00e1kladna je spojena se z\u00e1kladnou hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu. Jmenovit\u00fd tlak bo\u010dn\u00edho tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho v\u00e1lce je 1000 kN a hydraulick\u00fd tlak je 25 MPa. Konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, jednou je konstrukce hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu ve vertik\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru slo\u017een\u00e1 z p\u0159\u00eddr\u017en\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce polotovaru a hlavn\u00edho v\u00e1lce a vyhazovac\u00edho v\u00e1lce a druhou je n\u00e1vrh hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu bo\u010dn\u00edho tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) N\u00e1vrh hydraulick\u00e9ho okruhu dvoj\u010dinn\u00e9ho hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z d\u016fvodu zachov\u00e1n\u00ed hydraulick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu p\u016fvodn\u00edho hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu Y32-200T jsou k p\u016fvodn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu p\u0159id\u00e1ny dva hydraulick\u00e9 okruhy v\u00e1lc\u016f dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed hydraulick\u00fd okruh dvoj\u010dinn\u00e9ho hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed proces hydraulick\u00e9ho lisu ve vertik\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: Pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd zdvih hlavn\u00edho v\u00e1lce rychle kles\u00e1. Kdy\u017e dr\u017e\u00e1k polotovaru klou\u017ee bl\u00edzko k polotovaru, hlavn\u00ed v\u00e1lec pomalu kles\u00e1. Dr\u017e\u00e1k polotovaru poskytuje variabiln\u00ed s\u00edlu dr\u017e\u00e1ku polotovaru a polotovar je dokon\u010den.
